Absolutely. Our contract negotiation services are available at a rate of $199/hr. This typically entails a short consultation and preparation time for your case, plus actual negotiation time. Contact us if you'd like to discuss your specific case and see if we can help.
Even if you've already signed a contract, it's useful to make sure it contains all the necessary elements to be valid and enforceable. Also, our service can make you aware of key points and contract clauses so you'll know your rights and obligations moving forward.
Yes. If we determine that we can't help with your project after the initial consult call, you will be provided with a full refund, minus any transactional fees we incur.
Despite best intentions, a small number of legal matters do evolve into lawsuits. In order to maintain efficiency and offer service at the best price, Contract Law Pro lawyers do not engage in litigation or trial preparation work. If you find yourself threatened with or needing to pursue further legal action after your contract negotiation, Contract Law Pro can refer you to qualified litigation counsel in your area. We offer our referral service free of charge.
